Monochromatic Stripe Nail Art Tutorial

Hey everyone,
I hope you all are enjoying your week. Today I have a simple stripe manicure to share. This tutorial requires no additional nail art tools since the polish brush will be used to create the design. Furthermore, feel free to use any colour combination that suits you, I decided on a brown/nude monochromatic look.  Also, be sure to start off with a base coat to protect your natural nails. Let’s get on to the tutorial!

Step one: Paint all nails in dark brown polish.

Step two: Using your polish brush and a nude colour, make a vertical thick stripe about midway of the nail.

Step three: Next, using a medium brown polish create another vertical stripe directly next to the previous stripe.

Step four: Finally, using a white polish and a thin nail art brush, create a line where the nude and brown colours meet.

Step five: Clean up around your nails to remove any polish from the skin and add your preferred top coat to smooth out design and add shine.

Products used:
China Glaze: Call of the wild
Essie: Topless and barefoot
L’oreal: Eiffel for you

Thank you for viewing this tutorial and check out my other posts on this blog. Feel free to leave a comment and share this page with your family and friends. Also, look out for my top ten essie polishes next week. Enjoy the rest of your day and remember to keep smiling :).

See you soon.

Ciao,
Shannon.
